Design Excellence

One of the key aspects of The Prado project was to create multiple business signage designs and concepts, incorporating a new color scheme, layout, and design. AlphaGraphics Marietta's team of talented graphic designers sketched and digitally rendered various options, capturing the essence of the desired aesthetic and embodying the project's vision. We aimed to create an inviting atmosphere that would attract visitors and enhance the overall aesthetic of The Prado, while still being functional and attractive.

Mock-up Tenant Designs

To ensure the perfect fit, we meticulously mocked up tenant designs for panel inserts. This step allowed us to visualize the final signage product before fabrication, making any necessary adjustments and guaranteeing a seamless assembly of the monuments and panels. By paying attention to every detail during the mock-up phase, we maximized the impact of our work and minimized the possibility for errors.

Coding and Compliance

Working closely with city municipalities, AlphaGraphics Marietta ensured that all aspects of The Prado sign project met coding and compliance requirements. Our team engaged in extensive research and collaboration to guarantee that our monuments and tenant panels adhered to local regulations. This attention to detail reduced the risk of any potential setbacks and ensured a smooth and compliant installation process.

Monument Demolition and Hauling

In preparation for the new signage installations, our skilled team safely demolished and hauled away existing or previous monuments at The Prado location. By taking care of this step, we ensured a clean slate for the new aluminum monuments to be fabricated and installed.

Aluminum Monument Fabrication and Illumination

Using high-quality materials and precision craftsmanship, our team fabricated three aluminum monuments that would serve as captivating focal points within The Prado. To amplify their visual appeal, we incorporated internal LED illumination, creating a stunning and dynamic display both day and night. These monuments not only enhance the site's aesthetic but also provide increased visibility and recognition for the businesses in The Prado.

Tenant Panel Fabrication and Installation

To showcase the diverse range of tenants at The Prado, we fabricated and installed 75 acrylic tenant panels with translucent vinyl logos. Each panel was thoughtfully designed to reflect the branding and unique characteristics of the respective businesses. Through this attention to detail, we aimed to provide tenants with a visually engaging way to captivate potential customers and strengthen their brand presence.

Efficient Installation Process

Recognizing the importance of minimizing disruption to tenants, our team executed the removal and installation of the three monuments over two working days. By meticulously planning and coordinating the business signage installation process, we ensured a smooth and swift transition that allowed businesses to continue their daily operations without unnecessary inconveniences.
