For windy spots like construction fences, school athletic fields, and festivals, mesh banners let wind and sound pass through so the banner does not catch air like a sail. Vinyl banners are waterproof and fade resistant for longer outdoor runs.
Indoor banners
Dress up a conference center, sporting event, graduation or reunion. We can custom-cut a banner to fit a tight trade show booth or print a large vinyl banner to hang from an exhibition hall ceiling.

Should I choose a mesh or vinyl banner?
Choose mesh for outdoor locations with wind, such as fences, construction sites and open fields. The perforated material lets air and sound pass through, so the banner does not billow and strain its grommets. Choose vinyl when you want the boldest color and a solid surface, or when the banner hangs indoors or flat against a wall. We will recommend one based on your site.
How big should the lettering on my banner be?
Plan on 1 inch of letter height for every 10 feet of viewing distance. A grand opening banner that needs to be read from a road 60 feet away should use letters at least 6 inches tall. If drivers pass at speed, shorten the message and make the letters bigger. High-contrast colors, like black on a bright color or color on white, are easier to read.
Can you make banners for indoor events?
Yes. Indoor banners work well for conferences, trade shows, sporting events, graduations and reunions. We print single- or double-sided on vinyl, mesh, canvas or cloth and pair them with retractable stands, A-frames, pole stands or cable systems. Tell us the venue and the space you have, and we will size the banner to fit.
How will my banner be hung?
We finish each banner for the way you plan to display it: metal grommets, clear tabs, hemming, taping, adhesive hangers or Velcro. For freestanding displays we offer retractable and pop-up stands, A-frames, and tension or rigid pole stands. We also install banners, including cable display systems that suspend graphics from walls and ceilings.
Do you print large posters too?
Yes. Large posters suit indoor promotions, retail displays, presentations and event signage where detail and color matter. We print in black and white or full color, for a single storefront or a full campaign. Repeat poster orders can be placed online through AG Online, so restocking a location takes a few clicks.
