Educate
Some of the best social media posts are ones that educate your audience on relevant issues. Pay close attention to the news to see how disease and flu outbreaks or insurance policy changes might affect your audience’s healthcare experience. When your audience knows that you’re informed about pertinent topics and care about their well-being, they’ll have a more positive outlook towards your business.
