  1. Get an early start.  Plan what you want to bring, order and/or design promotional products and other literature with enough time.  Advertise the event on social media to draw in a bigger crowd.
  2. Have a Call To Action.  A CTA is a great way to generate leads.  Make your Call To Action clear, focused and engaging.
  3. Have a memorable or useful giveaway.  Stay up-to-date on trends and giveaway something that people want or can use.
  4. Interact with the other exhibitors.  Sometimes other exhibitors can send great prospects your way or become one themselves.  Making a great impression with EVERYONE is in your best interest.
  5. Don’t overwhelm.  People don’t like to feel overwhelmed, highlight one main feature or product.  Stay focused and get right to the point.
  6. Invest in design and display materials.  Get the crowd’s attention with high quality materials and stand out in the crowd with great design.  (We can help you with all of this!)
  7. Engage with everyone.  Make sure to interact with everyone who walks by your booth, better yet, do a sweepstakes giveaway or have a video playing to encourage interaction.
  8. Follow-up right away.  Follow up on any and all connections you made within a week to remind people who you are and how you can help them.
