The employees were very accommodating. I called and said I needed business cards for Saturday on a Wednesday or Thursday. I've had great outcomes from other branches. This particular print i needed all the colors printed and all they grays were left off. We went back and they said that they had turned a layer off accidentally and when re printed it was a really light gray. We had even had an example of a print out from a another print to show as an example. We were told they couldn't make the gray darker until another employee was there that wouldn't be back in time for the deadline we were under.

The color on the stickers was pretty dull in comparison with what I had brought in to have printed. I did not have the original, however, I was told that 95 percent of the time it turns out pretty good and mine was not even as colorful as what I brought in, Maybe the color in the machine needed to be brightened. I have had previous great experiences with alpha graphics. This time, I felt like the the colleague I was working with was a little put out by my order. Communication was somewhat painful-I had to make a lot of effort to find out if she had gotten what I sent and see if my invites were ready. She would always respond once I emailed, I just feel like she should have been more communicative with me. I felt like I was having to be a little too persistent to find out Info I should have been recieving anyways. On top of that, envelopes were included on the final invoice which I didn’t need. In her defense, in the past I have always needed envelopes but this time we ordered specific ones from another company. I figured I could just let whoever know when I picked them up I didn’t need them and ask to have them taken off. The lady working the desk when we picked them up was not accommodating, wouldn’t take them off, so now I have 50 envelopes I don’t need. It was only about 8 dollars but as a return and loyal customer it would have just been nice to have better customer service. I will say, the final result of my order was beautiful. I’m just going to probably request to work with someone else next time.
