Lynn was incredibly patient as I changed my order several times, accidentally deleted the quote, and not to mention the delay on the order on my part due to Covid19. They even sent me a sample before I placed my order. Overall, my experience was excellent and I’ll definitely use Alphagraphics again!

Just small things to improve the ease of ordering from beginning to end (however, Lynn has responded positively when addressed): delivery issues (that led to a pick-up), missing paperwork, and details missing on our packing slips.

Mark, Great product and terrific service! I was hardly through the door when Alex greeted me. He efficiently but personably gathered info for my order. A proof review in a short day or two with a revision and I was picking up my order in almost no time. I had a quick email exchange with Gabriela in accounting whose records looked like I had not completed payment. She apologized after we realized I had followed my failed online attempt to pay (should have used something other than my iPhone) with a phone call during which Alex received my payment information and marked the invoice “paid.” Great interactions with Alex and Gabriela.
