A proof review in a short day or two with a revision and I was picking up my order in almost no time. I had a quick email exchange with Gabriela in accounting whose records looked like I had not completed payment. She apologized after we realized I had followed my failed online attempt to pay (should have used something other than my iPhone) with a phone call during which Alex received my payment information and marked the invoice “paid.” Great interactions with Alex and Gabriela.
