You all are always top-notch. I normally work with Alma, however she was on PTO and I worked with Jay and Sibie. Sibie was equally great. In fact, she realized after I picked up my boxed printed materials that some of the items were accidentally not included in my box. She drove to my house and dropped them off. Now that's service!

Alma is great! Responsive, courteous, really appreciate the fantastic customer service I always get with AlphaGraphics.

The sign we ordered wasn't perfect and management knew that it wasn't perfect but sent it to us anyway. Without informing us of the issues or offering to lower the cost/ or fix the sign. That doesn't seem professional and I was a little disappointed. The interactions with the staff were great but I would have appreciated better service when trying to get what we paid for.

I had a business card order and had to send back twice for mistakes on the proof. Just makes me nervous if we have a bigger job for you to do.

The poster was great; I was worried about the pictures being stretched out or blurry, but they were not.
